Yes it is right.
Those are just bulb replacements, nothing special.
They are probably just a little bit whiter than your OEM bulbs.
Those aren’t an actual HID kit, that comes with ballasts, wiring, etc..

My right side HID bulb is not lighting up, i switched the ballast to see if it was tyhe problems and the ballast worked on the other light. The bulb is not blown as there is not sign if discoloration. What else could be the problem? thanks!
